Third-party software

monkeyplex bundles open-source components. The ones below are the load-bearing pieces and the licences they reach you under. Free-software licences are why a $10 office suite can exist; carrying their texts is the deal, and it's a good one.

About Pandoc (GPL)

Pandoc is © John MacFarlane and contributors, licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later. monkeyplex ships the unmodified Pandoc 3.5 binary and runs it as a separate program (an aggregate, in GPL terms — monkeyplex itself is not a derivative work). The complete licence text is included here, and the complete corresponding source for the exact bundled version is published at github.com/jgm/pandoc, tag 3.5.

Document conversion (DOCX, ODT, EPUB, LaTeX, RTF exports). Runs as a separate bundled program that monkeyplex invokes — it is not linked into monkeyplex.
